With your purchase you agree with the Terms and Conditions for your subscription, including the Refund Policy and Delivery Terms. We advise you to carefully read the terms and conditions, so you fully understand the rights and obligations you have in relation to your use of the platform. The content will be amended from time to time to represent the actual situation. In addition to the referred terms and conditions the follow conditions apply to your membership purchase and your subscriptions:
A membership grants year round access to premium content at Offshore-Energy.biz, starting from purchase date. Member benefits are personal and connected to your account based on your member status, the membership or separate benefits are non-transferrable. Subscriptions can be terminated at any moment and will end after the 365 days of premium access. The event benefits are applicable for the event edition taking place during the period of your membership and cannot be transferred to another year. The Organizer has the right to alter the membership contents with corresponding benefits. Other applicable terms, which also apply to your use of the services are our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. The Cookie settings are available while you access the website.

We will be happy to consider a refund provided if it meets our Refund Policy, as determined in our sole discretion. Please review this policy before requesting a refund through: [email protected]. Please note that we have the right to change or modify the current refund policy with no prior notice.
Refund policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with the product they have bought. As such we offer a full refund for the digital products purchased online within 14 days of the payment being made. Your subscription will be invalidated and deactivated immediately after approval (incl. access to Matchmaking). If you have used and had access to Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference within these 14 days, we will not credit the full amount, we will charge the ticket price . No partial refunds will be granted for early termination or un-applied discount/coupon codes. To obtain a refund, the customer will be required to contact us via [email protected].
Delivery Terms
As a member you will get year-long acces to premium content on offshore-energy.biz. The premium content consists out of: daily news, in-depth stories, interviews with major industry players and a coverage of our conference sessions. The membership purchase also allows to join the the matchmaking programme and customise your newsletter preferences. Access to Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference is also included.
